The scroll is in Bednálljan and contains four basic spells with six levels each:
1. Travel forwards through time
2. Travel backwards through time
3. Bring objects forward through time
4. Bring objects back from the future
5. Rewind time 1-100 minutes (PT: 3T) T20
Levels:

The two T level numbers for each level represent the effective level for spells 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 respectively. These levels are for random changes to time. To obtain closer control of the span of time (within 1 unit) add 3 to the level.
There is also an extreme danger in using the first two spells. If one comes within 50m of oneself (from a different time period) the caster must save as though against a spell cast by himself or die irrevocably.

An additional corollary effect is that there is a 5% chance of losing a further 100 points, and a 5% chance of gaining 100 points. If the extra loss reduces the total to below 0, the excess points are lost PERMANENTLY.
